Temp Admin Assistant (OD)

Responsibilities

(i) OD & Comms Projects
•  Design and draft appropriate publicity materials accordingly
•  Track and compile usage statistics of internal appreciation platform

(ii) Administrative Tasks
•  Prepare logistics / training materials required for workshops/ events
•  Provide admin support and coordination for workshops/ events e.g. invites, venue booking, catering, registration, attendance,    feedback collation
•  Manage and track inventory of logistics such as corporate gifts, activity props, etc
•  Recommend, source and procure corporate gifts/activity props
•  Review existing processes and suggest enhancements

Requirements

• Possess “A” levels/Diploma qualifications

• Have a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Proficient with MS Excel 
• Preferably proficient in Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator/ or with filming/video editing skills

• Able to commit for 3-5 months
