Job Duties:
You will support the day-to-day sub-assembly works in the automotive depot. You will be involved in performing the sequencing in to sequence pallets and assembly of various automotive parts according to the requirements. You will also need to ensure the assembled product meets the required specification and order.

Your duties and responsibilities include the following day-to-day support of sequencing and subassembly activities:-

Sequencing (Automotive Parts)

• Understand the specification of automotive parts
• Check and ensure the parts fit the sequencing order when placed into the sequence pallet
• Perform quality check on the automotive parts during the sequencing works
• Carry out the sequencing order in a fixed order

Sub-assembly (Automotive Parts)

• Check and confirm the specification of the various automotive parts before assembling into the product
• Ensure the assembly specifications and order are followed according to instructions
• Ensure quality of the parts are not affected during the assembling process
• Assemble heavier automotive parts using hoist equipment
• Operate tire changer machine

Requirements:
• Possess minimum NTC 2 / NTC 3 / NITEC in Automotive Technology or Automotive Engineering; or at least 1 year of relevant experience in automotive maintenance / automotive industry / repair of motor vehicles and cars
• Ability to handle heavy machinery
• Basic command of English (verbal and written)
