Job Duties:
- Correspond to berthing/un-berthing contractors and pilot/pilot office via phone & walkie-talkie
- Review and approval of mobile crane lifting operations & check on mobile crane operations.
- Planning of daily staff deployment and Monitoring of pilot monitoring system for alert list and pilotage report.
- Recommendation of waiver for vessel overstay and penalty dockage report and daily safety inspection
- Attend and updating on vessel berthing and un-berthing schedule and check for under-declaration of ship stores
- Ensure vehicles are travelling in PPAT premises according to the planned car route and conducting checks on cargo storage area
- Point of Contact for Incident reporting and management and reporting IC for shift duty
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management. Other disciplines with experience in logistics operations management preferable in 3rd party logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment will also be considered
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Willing to perform 12 hours shift
