Responsibilities:
The intern will assist in processing inbound and outbound orders, supporting both administrative tasks and ground operations as assigned. This role provides hands-on experience in daily warehouse activities and exposure to logistics processes.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics
- Able to commit to a 6-months internship
- Willing to travel to the work location at Penjuru Rd
- Physically fit with strong environmental and safety awareness, as this role will be based in a warehouse
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers (both in person and over the phone)
- Good email writing and customer service skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a dusty environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good numerical skills
