Assistant Manager (Staff Benefits & Wellness)

Job Duties:

Working in the Compensation and Benefits team, your responsibilities will be to:-

• Manage and administer staff benefits schemes, focusing on medical benefits, insurance and health matters.
• Assist in the review, formulation and implementation of staff benefit schemes, as well as drive process streamlining and system enhancements for administering benefits.
• Monitor cost and utilization and perform trend analysis using analytic tools.
• Organise staff engagement events and functions.

Requirements:

• Possess a good degree in any discipline
• Preferably with 1-2 years of general HR experience with a good understanding of the Employment Act
• Strong influencing with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and able to work with details
• Able to work very independently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organising skills (planning, logistics and execution)
