Temporary Admin Assistant (Staff Registry)

Responsibilities:
Working in the staff registry, you will provide administrative support such as the scanning of documents for creation of personnel files, collating of medical leave certificates, vehicle permits, case papers and meeting minutes. In addition, you will provide other administrative support as required.

Requirements

- Possess NITEC or Diploma qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Able to start work from mid July to end Dec
