Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (HRIS)

Job Duties:
The HRIS Analyst will support HR technology and operations efforts related to HR processes across PSA Singapore Terminals.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with HR process owners and business stakeholders in reviewing and streamlining HR business processes
• Analyzing HR systems and processes, data flow between HR systems and other systems outside HR
• Participating actively in project working groups and collaborating with multiple business stakeholders in the implementation of HR systems
• Documenting system requirements and specifications
• Coordinating functional testing, test scenarios planning and User Acceptance Testing
• Initiating projects and managing business process integration with current practices in HR systems
• Managing organization changes in HR systems and ensure HR process align with system workflow
• Taking charge of HR systems security access
• Providing support on HR system issues, working closely with IT support team to resolve reported issues
• Extracting data, developing HR reports and providing analysis reports required to support the business

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline
• At least 3-5 years’ of working experience in the area of HRIS system setup, implementation, enhancement and maintenance. Experience in either Peoplesoft HCM/SAP application would be an advantage
• Ability to analyze business process requirements, understand HR domain knowledge and translate into HRIS system requirements
• Proficient in project documentation and reporting
• Possess good knowledge of HR processes and SDLC
• Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
