Temporary Finance Admin Assistant (3 month)

We are looking for a meticulous individual to assist the Finance Hub on a 3-month contract (with opportunities for extension). Your role includes adjusting invoices, data entry of invoices, and the processing of payments made within and outside the department. In addition, there may be some administrative tasks to complete.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC qualifications, prospective university entrants with A Level/Diploma are also welcome

• Good interpersonal and communications skills

• Meticulous and organized

• Proficient in Ms Word & Excel

• No prior experience in accounting or technical knowledge is required
