Senior Shared Services Assistant (Facilities Management)

You will be part of the shared services team to handle the administrative functions for the various departments,
to ensure the smooth running and execution of the day to day operations.

Your duties include the following:-

 • Facility management (inspection of meeting rooms, common areas and offices, 
   including outdoor areas)
 • Prepare simple inspection reports
 • Coordinate with Engineering departments/term contractors to rectify building defects
 • General administration (managing stationery, safety apparel)
 • Office equipment management (asset tracking)
 • Basic IT troubleshooting

Requirements

 • Possess Diploma qualifications
 • Good organization and time management skills
 • Able to multi-task and work as a team player
 • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
 • Able to communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization
 • Proficient in Microsoft Office (preferably in Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
