In the PCSS sales team, you will have the opportunity to:

A. Promote PCSS’ suite of logistics/supply chain solutions across multiple industry verticals including

  • Energy and Chemicals,
  • Cold Chain (Perishables and Pharmaceuticals),
  • Advanced Manufacturing,
  • Semiconductors,
  • Paper and Pulp amongst many others;

B. Identify sales opportunities and cultivate new corporate accounts through creative solutions;

C. Maintain sales accounts and keep up with sales targets set out in PCSS’ Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce);

D. Building of customer relationships;

E. Negotiate sales contracts with customers and work with key product leads to ensure smooth delivery of products and services;

F. Connect with PSA’s internal stakeholders to convert front-end sales leads into long-term corporate accounts which bring additional value to PCSS’ business portfolio.

We want you, if you possess the following attributes and skill-sets:

  • You should possess a diploma or degree;
  • You are a seasoned sales executive with 3-5 years of experience in freight sales in logistics and supply chain;
  • You possess the drive to generate your own sales leads through cold calling, research and networking;
  • You have excellent time management skills and are able to apportion your time and resources across prospecting, selling and account management for maximum results;
  • You have the tenacity and resilience required to drive results;
  • You have good communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills;
  • You are effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
