You will be a member of 24x7 Enterprise Service team providing end-user computing support to our staff, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and associated software. You will manage systems administration of infrastructure systems, change and release management for applications and infrastructure relating to End user computing. You will assist the end users on any end user computing related matters and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and proactive monitoring of IT systems. End User computing services includes AD services, Office 365, VPN, PC hardware, Unified Communication and remote access solution. You will provide level 3 support to End User Outsourcing team, and involved in digital transformation. To explore automation to improve and enhance end user experience at the same time to provide more proactive services and monitoring for all systems. Using dashboards to provide the visibility of our system.
As part of your portfolio, you will also perform recovery and contingency procedures to resolve system issues and co-ordinate and manage system incidents. In addition, you are required to perform other duties determined by the organization.

• Possess a degree in Computing, Computer Science/Engineering or IT
• At least 2-3 years related IT experience (ITOE/Snr ITOE / 7 years (AM/DM)
• Experience in maintaining and managing
o Microsoft technologies - Office365, Active Directory (ADFS, DHCP, CA, DNS, RMS), Exchange Service (O365)
o IT Operations Management
o System Management
o Unified Communications
o Other Services (File, Print and Endpoint protection service)
• Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and a good team player
• Preferably with certification in Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator
