Job Scope:
1. Extract data from database and analyze data for business insights
2. Prepare monthly reports timely and accurately
3. Implement periodic data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
4. Liaise with other departments to clean and replace erroneous values with correct values to maintain an accurate HR database
5. Prepare letters for staff appointments, movements and HR related matters
6. Maintain staff database by updating information accurately into HRMS
7. Support reorganization exercises
8. Support data requests from other departments, by obtaining relevant figures or data from Power BI Dashboards
9. Assist with account administration for HRMS
10. Support team for system testing when a new system, module or update is rolled out
11. Update pages on Intranet website as and when required
Requirements:
1. Possess a Diploma
2. At least 2 – 3 years of proven experience as a HR administrator or in a similar administrative role, demonstrating HR operations
knowledge and attention to detail.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
4. Basic knowledge of Power BI and HTML will be an advantage
5. Comfortable working with numbers
6. Meticulous and organized
7. Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
8. Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all levels of staff
9. Have a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
