As a member of Staff Transport Services team under Container HR & Shared Services Department, you will assist to oversee and manage shuttle bus service contracts across PSA terminals, to meet Container Division’s requirements to provide cost effective, quality and timely staff transport options to staff. You will be expected to support in the following areas:
Day to Day Response
- Provide timely assistance and support to users, addressing inquiries and feedback
- Upkeep communication materials for bus related matters for passengers through various platforms (signages, notices, emails)
- Support bus service provider pass applications
- Coordinate recovery efforts for service exceptions with bus service provider
- Provide timely updates to management on bus related exceptions of concern
Service Level Management
- Track service levels and engage bus service providers to improve passenger satisfaction
- Review operational Demand and bus service Supply for cost optimization
- Review bus demand / change requests received from users
- Verify and review bus assignments for monthly bus service payments
- Review and improve bus facilities at terminal buildings e.g. signage refresh at PPT Annex / Demarcation of Internal Shuttle boarding point at Tuas AB
Others
- Assist and prepare for bus services tender
- Plan and manage vehicle parks at PSA terminals
- Perform the role of investigation officer (IO) for incidents involving PSA shuttle services
Requirements
- Possess degree qualifications
- Good organization and time management skills
- Independent, self-motivated, meticulous and willing to learn
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Able to communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization
- Candidates with relevant experience will be advantageous
