Procurement Lead (Oracle Fusion System Optimization)

Key Objective of Role: Optimize procurement process and implementation through Oracle Fusion S2P modules and associated systems

Program manage the use of Oracle Fusion:

  1. Drive adoption of functionalities across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) modules to maximize the Return of Investment from the system
  2. Identify, track and optimize systems utilization for the global PSA Procurement teams
  3. Support the integration of Oracle Fusion with other business systems and processes as necessary
  4. Document global and local processes, develop process to approve and track meaningful deviations, whilst driving overall alignment
  5. Optimize global licensing strategy related to S2P module

Continuous Improvement

  1. Develop holistic overview of current base line and drive implementation of opportunities from
    1. Troubleshooting initiatives,
    2. Ideation with internal Procurement and IT community,
    3. Ideation with Oracle community and best practices
  2. Assess features/functionalities from the Oracle Quarterly release updates, recommend and develop roll-out plan include cost benefit review and effective change management
  3. Upgrade existing performance dashboards and management reports to enable top quartile performance
  4. Change Agent - Develop a network of super users within PSA to drive and support the changes as well as assist the Global Process Lead in setting the Oracle S2P maturation roadmap
  5. Learning Champion - Develop and implement an ongoing learning and communications channel to support staff onboarding as well as deepen staff competency in the system, with concise and effective training materials (including videos, documents, virtual sessions and Oracle Guided Learning)

Procurement Business Domain Competencies and Experiences:

  • End-to-end comprehension of procurement processes, ability to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Leadership and execution experiences in Procurement processes and systems change management
  • Data and process driven, but able to craft a compelling narrative to support changes

System Competencies and Experiences

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement Modules (advantageous)
  • Experience with other Source/Procure to Pay modules (advantageous)
  • Relevant experiences in Oracle University training for the Procurement Modules (otherwise, selected candidate will undergo the relevant training modules while in role).

Work scope:

  • 70% work for Business Units in Asia timezones (GMT+7-9)
  • 30% support for global adoption and improvement projects in the use of the Procurement Modules
