The successful applicant will join the Commercial Department to help PSA widen our existing customer base to other supply chain stakeholders, source for new business opportunities from local and global logistics service providers and shippers, and develop new supply chain solutions to strengthen the hub port status of PSA Singapore. Successful candidate will also develop sufficient domain/ operational knowledge to meet commercial negotiation needs. Successful candidates whom delivered consistent superior performances will have the opportunity to be posted overseas to lead one of PSA’s growing business entities as General Manager / Chief Commercial Officer.


1. Product Development:
• Network with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, shippers etc… to explore new partnership opportunities for
   PSA with these supply chain stakeholders
• Work with customers to develop new products to increase trade flows via Singapore, secure new revenue streams
• Develop new strategies for existing shipper customers to encourage volume growth
• Coordinate with government agencies for implementation of new initiatives

2. Account Management:
• Develop strategies for revenue and volume growth for assigned accounts.
• Determine appropriate pricing levels aligned with market conditions

3. Contract Administration:
• Conduct analysis, structure proposal with internal stakeholders, negotiate with customer, seek approval from management,
   work with legal team and finance team on follow-up matters when contract is concluded with customer

4. Relationship Management:
• Maintain and develop customer relations for business opportunities
• Help to organise events for customer relationship management


• Degree in any discipline
• Possess an understanding of supply chain components and roles of various nodes in supply chain
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Proven track record of performing in a fast-paced and complex business environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as the incumbent will be working with cross-functional departments internally as well as
  network with external customers as part of the job scope
• Good numerical literacy and has strong analytical skills
• Able to converse in Thai
• Open to short-term travel overseas at short notice.
• Prior overseas working experience or attachments will be a plus
