Corporate Communication Assistant

You will be part of the Corporate Communications & Communication Team supporting the team in administrative support. 

Job Duties: 

  • General Office Admin duties, including stock inventory management and processing of claims
  • Logistics Support for events and meetings at PSA Horizons and any other venue as required
  • Managing of PSA corporate fleet of vehicles, including deployment, maintenance, cleanliness and inspection duties
  • Carrying out Office Service Unit Support, including sorting/franking of mail and dispatch duties within and outside of PSA premises 
  • Perform any other duties as required 

Job Requirements

  • Able to manage simple MS Word/PowerPoint
