You will be part of the Corporate Communications & Communication Team supporting the team in administrative support.
Job Duties:
- General Office Admin duties, including stock inventory management and processing of claims
- Logistics Support for events and meetings at PSA Horizons and any other venue as required
- Managing of PSA corporate fleet of vehicles, including deployment, maintenance, cleanliness and inspection duties
- Carrying out Office Service Unit Support, including sorting/franking of mail and dispatch duties within and outside of PSA premises
- Perform any other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Able to manage simple MS Word/PowerPoint
