Job Description:
Your main duty is to assist in the overall billing and payment process, which includes data entry, tallying/consolidation across documents, verification on operations details with system or with operations personnels / customers / vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track, record and validate costs incurred and payment to suppliers
- Track, record and validate and arrange for billing and invoicing to customers
- Day-to-Day administrative/documentation support
Requirements:
- Nitec or ‘O’ Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Willing to work on a 5.5 days work schedule
