Working in close partnership with business leaders and HR teams, this role with the Leadership & Talent Development team will drive the implementation of young talent strategies and initiatives – spanning attraction, recruitment, development and engagement – to strengthen leadership pipelines and enable PSA’s business growth and transformation.
Responsibilities:
The scope of work includes:
- Formulate and execute strategies and initiatives to strengthen PSA’s employer brand and mindshare among students and early‑career professionals.
- Develop high-impact content, collaterals, and feature articles to support branding and outreach across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Partner internal stakeholders and external institutions/agencies to plan and deliver outreach and engagement initiatives that attract and recruit young talent.
- Drive the end-to-end execution of the PSA Global Management Associate Program and various scholarship schemes, including candidate assessment and selection, scholarship administration, recruitment and onboarding processes, development and engagement activities.
- Design and deliver initiatives to support the holistic development and engagement of young talent, partnering line departments to identify needs, co‑create solutions, shape career pathways, refine development roadmaps, and ensure effective follow-up.
- Conduct data analysis and develop relevant metrics and visualisation dashboards to generate actionable talent insights and recommendations.
- Lead process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the team’s delivery of any other talent, leadership, and career development initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in talent management, talent acquisition or talent development, ideally within an organisation with global presence.
- Good learning agility and analytical thinking.
- Driven, hands-on, resourceful and creative in solutioning.
- Excellent organisational skills and detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- A strong relationship builder who engages effectively across diverse groups and stakeholders and works collaboratively across teams.
- Professional and discreet in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Good proficiency in working with data, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft 365 tools. Experience in using data visualisation tools or graphic design software is an advantage.
