Job Duties:
Support Oracle Fusion Utilization:
- Support the adoption of key features across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) modules
- Track and optimize systems utilization for the global PSA Procurement teams
- Support the integration of Oracle Fusion with other business systems and processes as necessary
- Support global and local process documentation
- upport global licensing strategy related to S2P module
Continuous Improvement:
- Support the testing of features from Oracle Redwood User Interface rollout and quarterly release updates.
- Work with a network of super users within PSA to support the optimization and troubleshooting
- Support an ongoing learning and communications channel for staff onboarding and system competency development
- Support user training initiatives, including onboarding, refresher sessions, and the development of user guides, to drive user adoption
- Upgrade existing performance dashboards and management reports to enable top quartile performance
Work scope:
- 90% work for Business Units in Asia timezones (GMT+7-9)
- 10% support for global adoption and improvement projects in the use of the Procurement Modules
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of procurement experience in:
- End-to-end comprehension of procurement processes (sourcing, procure-to-pay, contract management)
- Execution experiences in Procurement processes and systems change management
- Experience with e-procurement software/platform (e.g. Oracle Fusion, Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, etc)
- Degree in supply chain or related fields will be advantageous
- Data and process driven
- Resourceful and driven to troubleshoot and develop solutions for process flows and systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across different disciplines
- CIPS certifications will be viewed favourably
