What You'll Do
- Support the design, deployment, and operations of enterprise network infrastructure that powers 24/7 mission-critical port operations.
- Collaborate with teams across ICT to identify and implement improvements that boost network performance and reliability.
- Work hands-on with modern networking technologies from leading global vendors.
- Troubleshoot network issues and support incident management to ensure service continuity.
- Contribute to automation, monitoring, and optimization initiatives for scalable network operations
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in network infrastructure, enterprise networking, or network operations.
- Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, load balancing, and network security concepts.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise network technologies and tools
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively to incidents and service disruptions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- A proactive learner who is keen to keep pace with emerging technologies.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent will be advantageous.
- Experience in supporting mission-critical or high-availability network environments will be an advantage.
- Be prepared to work with the team to provide 24x7 network support for critical port operations
